Healthy Snack Food Challenge

  To promote healthy lifestyle choices we will be trying to eat healthier foods for snack time.  If your child brings in a healthy snack we will place a sticker by their name on a chart.  After each child has filled a row (28 days) by their name we will have a class party to celebrate our healthy lifestyle.

  The following is a short list of healthy snack foods.  Feel free to add to the list.

  • Pretzels
  • Crackers
  • Fruits or Vegetables
  • Cheese
  • Popcorn with little to no butter
  • Chex, Cheerios, & Kix cereal
  • Nuts
  • Muffins (not chocolate chips)
  • Raisins
